The 28 member delegates from mainly Asia and Africa also attended the 5th Rectors’ Conference organised by the Association of Private Sector Universities in Pakistan, at the Islamic Republic of Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission auditorium, which culminated into the launch of Superior University’s Framework for Character Mastery. The launch was officiated by the former Governor of the Punjab Province, Muhammad Baigh-ur-Rehman.
As a strategy for exchanging experiences and knowledge, COMSTECH pre-arranged the signing of several Memoranda of Understanding with leading universities and scientific organisations in Pakistan. These included the Government College University – Faisalabad, Punjab University, and Gourmet Foods in Lahore. Other universities that were not scheduled have shared their draft MoUs that shall be signed virtually.
Besides the above initiatives, the delegates engaged with many other universities for mutual collaborations extending to student and staff exchange, joint research publication, seminars, workshops and conferences.
