A two-member delegation from the Amoud Foundation’s East Africa offices recently paid a courtesy call to the Vice-Chancellor of ICUC. The delegation included representatives from the Amoud Somali Office and Amoud Kenya Office, reflecting the foundation’s commitment to fostering regional collaborations.
The delegation, led by esteemed Sheikh Ibrahim Muhammad Ahmad, shared insights into their ongoing efforts to address educational challenges within East African communities. These initiatives include offering a wide range of programs in supporting orphans, education, Ramadhan iftar and water well construction among others.
The Vice-Chancellor welcomed the delegation warmly and highlighted ICUC’s foundational goal of uniting the Muslim Ummah through organised and impactful education. Both parties expressed mutual interest in exploring collaborative opportunities to bridge educational gaps and enhance cultural ties.
This engagement underscores ICUC’s strategic vision of building partnerships with like-minded organisations to further its mission of academic and societal excellence.
