Islamic Call University College (ICUC) was established by Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) in 2011 at the historic Old Kampala Hill and accredited by the National Council for Higher Education (NCHE) provides quality education rooted in Islamic principles while contributing to the intellectual, cultural, and economic development of Uganda.
